QuakeCon takes place once again this year and we're attending with giveaways, contests, fun stuff, and more! Oh, and there might be a long, long stream planned...
QuakeCon kicks off today and as a multi-year partner of the event we’re excited to be back in action this weekend. This year, the 2024 QuakeCon dates are August 8th-11th in Grapevine, Texas.

Here are the top 5 things we’re excited about:
1. The incredible custom PCs in the BYOC area
PC gaming is near and dear to our hearts, and at the Bring Your Own Computer area of QuakeCon every year, there are thousands (literally) of individuals who bring their unique PCs to be shown off to the rest of the community. We’ve spent hours simply walking around and admiring the impressive setups, and, selfishly checking out what gear everyone is rocking.
2. Dirty Keyboard Contest
Yes, a competition where you win if you have the dirtiest keyboard. Last year’s competition had some of the grossest keyboard we had ever seen. We’re hoping for even more disgusting and outrageous entrants this year. The top three winners take home Apex Pro TKLs.
3. Cat Cafe with Dallas Pets Alive
On this Friday and Saturday of QuakeCon, it’s a must that you visit the cat cafe and play with some of the adorable (and totally adoptable) cats. This will make your day and life better, trust us. Click the link to learn more about the Dallas Pets Alive organization.
4. Our 24 Hour Stream
Every year we’re at QuakeCon, we like to join in on the madness that is 24/7 gaming. This year we’ll have another 24-hour stream on our Twitch channel, giveaways included! Will MayDay survive this ordeal?? Tune in to see what we’re playing, ask us questions, and enter live giveaways.
5. Food Trucks
Every year there are multiple food trucks stationed outside for QuakeCon attendees to fuel up and there are always fire options every day.
I don't know about you, but we'll be lining up for Halal Mother Truckers and La Bandida. Need we say more?
